In 1986, the Lord began to unveil to Dr. Sam Amaga; The vision and the mandate of the ministry. The Lord revealed 4 platforms upon which the ministry shall operate. (1) Church Planting (2) Media & Publishing (3) Education and (4) Outreach
On the 7th of March 1986, the Lord said to his servant Archbishop Sam Amaga; you shall raise me an army - (1) People who are strong in faith (2) People who are empowered by wisdom (3) People who are intimate with the Holy Ghost (4) Doing exploits in life and for God
The Archbishop and his wife Dr. Love Sam-Amaga are working with the help of the Holy Ghost and their partners to expand this great outreach ministry — now called "The Extra-ordinary Life Broadcast".

5We have come a long way and we have a long way to go in Ministry. We set out many years ago to answer the call to establish this Ministry. God showed us four platforms.
- Church Planting Ministry Platform
- Educational Ministry Platform
- Media Ministry Platform
- Mission and Outreaches Platform
God has established each of these four platforms and they are growing. In developing the Ministry structure, we first of all develop the human structure.
